SPINNAKER BUILDS LEADERSHIP TEAM.
Award winning social, PR & influencer agency, Spinnaker is building its senior team with promotions and appointments from within.
Rebecca Cole is promoted to Managing Director, becoming an equity holding Director, whilst original founder, Robert Goldsmith, steps up to the position of CEO. Rich Coggin, the agency’s incumbent Creative Director, makes up the third member of the board.
Rebecca in her new role of Managing Director will be working alongside Robert to drive the direction and future growth of the agency. Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience working within both media and creative agencies and brings key skills across social, influencer and content activations. Rebecca will continue to exert this expertise across all agency clients including her recent focus on Spinnaker’s range of entertainment clients such as Sony Pictures, Sky and MGM.
Deborah Croshaw steps up to the position of PR Director leading the PR team and its output across the agency. With integrated and PR specialist experience spanning 20 years and having gained her skills in agencies such as Freuds and Hunter, Deborah is well placed to bring PR expertise to bear as an integrated element of Spinnaker’s social, content, PR, and influencer campaigns. Deborah is experienced across a broad spectrum of UK and global businesses in particular food, drink, retail, charity, and lifestyle brands.
Joe Orton is taking on the role of Head of Social within the agency. Joe has been working in digital and social agencies for over 13 years where he has gained deep experience developing paid and organic social strategies for clients across numerous sectors including entertainment, food, drink, fashion and retail.

Spinnaker has won several 2023 awards including Best Social Media Campaign at the UK Social Media Awards for its work on Sony Picture’s theatrical release of Matilda, and best Grocer integrated campaign for its work with the UK & Irish Mushroom Bureau.
