To herald the launch of Divine’s Chocolate Tasting Set during Chocolate Week, Spinnaker joined forces with some of London’s finest chefs, chocolatiers and taste experts at Soho eatery 68 & Boston.
The result? An education and exploration in using all five of your senses to properly taste. The Divine Chocolatier, Erik, was on hand to teach an eager crowd how tasting can be truly Divine. The night didn’t stop at chocolate, Divine paired the unconventional to achieve exceptional flavours. A range of wines, rum and cheeses were combined with a selection of Divine bars. The Divine White Chocolate with Strawberries paired with a Delice de Bourgogne cheese evoked the flavours of a luscious strawberry cheesecake.
A 10-year-old FAIR Rum was matched with Divine Toffee & Sea Salt Chocolate drawing out smooth butterscotch flavours that lingered on the pallet. To top it all off 68 & Boston served up Divine espresso martinis and of course, Spinnaker were there to capture all the action.
For your own Divine Espresso Martini, here is the recipe:
- 50ml #FAIRum
